I received this from donovan via PM today:
"Group buy is over and all parts will be shipped in the next few days" He also said that he is in an area that is affected by the brutal winter storm up north. |

all group by rucas have shipped and are on the way , we just had a huge snow storm here with 12 inches or so of snow so im not sure how ups is dealing with it but there are in possesion of the rucas ansd are in the delivery system at some stage.

So apparently I'm the only one that still hasn't received them. I'm kinda tired of getting the runaround from them. I keep telling Donovan that I'm not in a rush to get them but would like to know WTF is going on.
Feb14th: just wait til the end of the week some orders took a while to ship. fine Feb21st: messaged him saying I dsnt receive them over the weekend, can I get te tracking number to see if they have it at my nearest ups and maye they just forgot to leave a slip. NO RESPONSE. Feb28th: I tell them look I'm gonna file a paypal claim of I don't hear anything. I was being more than reasonable figuring I ordered these wayyyy back when. I get a response saying can I get your information and we'll see what happened. Still nothing as of today. Ill just get my money back. I can get PBM arms or something.

i also never received mine nor did i get refunded ive tried to contact via email and phone calls but no answer i really need my money back or parts in hand i might have to file a grievance with pay pal unfortunately i do not want to do this but i have no choice

I have been waiting for my set since December? I'd really just like to have the rucas but will take a refund if necessary. The website no longer exists, yamoto isnt a vendor on here anymore, and they never answer the phone?

i still have nothing from them either. i doubt i will ever.
he got upset that i tarnished their name? they do it on their own. ridiculous.

Donovan got back to me right away when I emailed him today and my RUCA's are being sent out asap. So far I dont have any complaints, hes emailed me back both times that ive contacted him.

Damn...all these dudes didn't get anything? I just installed mine today, had them sitting for 2 years. Nice study product, sucks I can't match them with the other suspension arms.
