Just go ahead an start a dispute before its too late, If they come thru your bank can refund there money!
People Dont understand but you can give someone a runaround an make it too late for there card company to do anything an you never get your part bc its so called back ordered for (For Ever) :/ |

chaser products fit like (i mean dont even fit) i bought a hood of a local member and fitment was crap. this was for a pop up s13. hood was 2-3 inches too short to even come close to make it to fit. slotted and welded washers to the brackets to make fit. got tired of how it looked at the top that didnt followed the fender lines and sold it. thats my chaser experience. some products might fit ok, others dont even fit. gladly didnt buy it new or i would have been pissed the way off.

Im waiting for my dads credit card company to hit me back up about the dispute claim i filed against ChaserAero. Fuck that *snip Mike. Hes a shady fucking piece of shit.

UPDATE!:
So yesterday (April 18th) the stuff comes in! While this would be sweet, unfortunately as stated in the previous post I had asked for a refund on the 10th. Since I had already purchased what I needed elsewhere, I refused the package. Today I give them a call and Dan picks up, much nicer guy. I explained the situation, etc, etc. and he tells me that I had dealt with Mike and apparently Mike quit the other day. Yay! So hopefully now I can get some closure. My money had NOT been refunded on the 12th like it was supposed to. He's trying everything under the sun to get me to take more items, but I just need the money at this point. He told me to give him a call tomorrow and we'd figure something out. Already I can tell that Dan is about getting stuff done. Hopefully that holds true. |

Last Update! Today I called Chaser to finally get everything sorted out. Talked with the same guy I did last time. He told me "Hold on a second, let me put you on hold." After 23 minutes of being on hold he had picked up again, asked if I was someone named Brian. I said no, then he asked if it was me - I said yes. He told me to hold on again. Another 8 or so minutes went by. I hung up and called again, got voice mail.
Not doing this anymore. Called my bank and disputed the charge. |

And when I thought my troubles were over, I was wrong.
Chase had given me a temporary credit of the $630 that chaser had charged me. After over a month I had assumed that that charge was permanent. Apparently I was incorrect. I wake up this morning to a negative balance, I have no idea why. Payday is Friday but I had plenty of money in there. Turns out that Chaser told Chase that the transaction was valid and that I refused the item BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT IT. No. I refused the items because I thought I had been refunded already and didn't want to accept products that I didn't pay for. Since Chaser never emailed me any receipts, I don't have the original transaction receipt, the cancelation receipt (that was actually never actually processed, and should have been) or the tracking for the package they shipped AFTER I had requested the refund. I reopened the dispute, but as of right now I basically donated $630 to Chaser. Great. It overdrew my checking account, which also overdrew the account that I use specifically for PayPal since it couldn't pull from my regular checking. Now I'm the negative over $700, and have over $70 in fees to pay with no way to do it until Friday, and that will basically take care of my paycheck that comes on Friday. I have bills due too. Thanks Chaser. |

Just want to make sure people know this. ChaserAero aka aerokits.com is the absolute sketchiest automotive based exterior parts seller that has ever formed into a business. EVER. May the worst luck and karma in life fall to those who work there. I hope a plane crashes into the warehouse where parts are NEVER SHIPPED. faggots

i don't own a 240 but i bought a hardtop for my miata from Chaser back in February. i am still waiting for the shipment to arrive from china. i have been calling them for the last 5 business days and they have not been answering the phones on any of their lines. i don't know what the deal is with them. i am just about to ask for a refund cause this is ridiculous.

^ You most likely won't get shit because they could claim it as a "special order part" and not give any refunds.
You are also like 7 months too late, I don't know about your bank or credit card company, but it seems like you are SOL. Chaser is only making their money from people who have not heard about them and idiots who only look at price tags. |

Ya I've been waiting on a bumper for 4 months. Ordered a kit. A month later they decided it wasn't in stock. Switched to another kit it came in about two weeks later missing the rear bumper. Wtf! Switched kits cause it was missing a bumper only to receive a kit missing a bumper and guess what. Its not in stock.

Does anyone have wills zilvia acct on here? Anyway to contact him? I have had similar problems. My kit was ordered october 27, 2013 and it's now January and I still haven't received shit! I have been calling, and even used all 4000 characters for a complaint to the BBB. This company treats its customers like shit.

i would like to apologize for all inconveniences and problems that have been caused by chaser the original owner from 07 is back and myself and we are personally goin thru all orders phones messages and emails and will getto every customer to fix the wrong the company was being run by a partner who wasnt doing this properly and now its on us to fix it i ask all to please bare with us while we fix this mess and understand if we have do hrs and hrs of free work to fix it we are dedicating our time to do right by the ones who matter our customers and again we apologize
