just a lil update on the shipment: the move in did not go exactly as smooth as i hoped and everything in there is a major mess, and on top of that i will be the only person in for the next 10 days so i dont think i'm gonna be able to crack a whole container myself

sooooo.....well right now it looks like i'm not getting the container into my place until later in the week anyways so i gotta see how its packed so its possible i can pull out the bumpers and stuff, but i wont know til i get it....so we'll have to wait and see...sorry i know you guys are very anxious but i'll try my best to accomadate everyone here. just check back this post for update later this week.

i do have another oem s15 hood available, call me if ya want it!!

i dont think i have rps items other than that one wing.

i did find an s14 navan wing here with the trunk lid. but i assume the trunk is the same as out here so no one will want that right?

i got some more s13 front end conversions in too

only one set with dual halogens though!!

Its been a month since I last posted and 2 months since I sent my payment and I still have nothing to show for. I want my money back today. I've been too patient on someone who claimed they would have my bumper out 2nd week of last month. I don't want the bumper anymore, I'd like a full refund paypaled back to my account at [email protected] or else I'm just going to have to file a buyer complaint with Paypal. I'm sorry it has to come down to this, but the communication through pm's is terrible and its not my fault your selling parts you don't even have in hand. I took a big chance with dealing with you, but in the end its been a big waste of time. I'm expecting my refund any minute now.

Like Zenki, I too am getting really frustrated with this situation. I understand that the container is/was stuck in customs, however, it is nearly January of 2004 and none of us have anything to show for. I hope you see these complaints in the next couple of days and hopefully it will prompt you to make light of this situation and let everybody know that your not trying to scam anyone and why none of us has his parts. Otherewise, i will be asking for my money back too. And you can be sure that if this is indeed a scam, i will be filing a buyer complaint with paypal as well. And like Zenki, i'm sorry it has come to this, but something has to be done. This is ridiculous.

On top of that fact, JDMSpecPerf is a Zilvia.net sponsor. This sort of business reflects badly on both parties.

Since he's moving, the phone number is out, and there have been no replies or PMs. Some regular updates would be the least we can expect.

ok i guess i need to clear a few things here:

1) i have been moved out to LA for 2 months now, if you look at the signature you can see that, and phone number and everything is there.

2) unfortunately the container is STILL held at customs, and yes i understand that it has taken way longer but believe me i want to get this stuff out as badly as any of you out there. i have 15 Integra Type R front end conversions in there that is stuck, and about half of the people that ordered them from way back already dropped out of buying from me too. i am not the only one that has containers held, seems alot of people have had problems this last month or two. i even have been out of the office for a few days before xmas to personally try to get the paperwork moving faster but the gov't can have its own way when it comes to these things. i have never had to go thru an ordeal like this so this is definitely a highly unusual situation but trust me that i am on top of this and am doing everything i can to try to get this stuff out.

3) zenki's payment has been refunded, had to wait for some funds to be transferred into paypal acct and it just did today.

i guess in the end, all i can say is if anyone else feels like they cannot wait any longer just go ahead and tell me and i'll refund your deposit. i hate to do it but with what's going on, i dont have a clue when this will ever get resolved. if refund is what you want, please contact me by end of day Tue 12-30 as i will be leaving out of town on the 31st and will be gone for 2 weeks.
