Have a 1 year old little girl, so I sold my 04' Aspen White STi, and bought a 2007 Acura TL Type S 6 Speed, for the family. For work I'm a commercial insurance agent, for a big agency in Bedford, PA. My name is Damon, from Texas. I was referred by a member here that is also on miataturbo.net, where I post most of the time.

I've had a turbocharged Miata for a couple of years, and am looking to upgrade. Current setup is a tiny IHI RHB5, and I'm switching to a T25/T28 footprint.

Owned a 240 when I was in high school, but let it go before I got into turbocharging. Have owned 3 260/280 Z cars, which I miss dearly...but the Miata keeps me loaded with projects.

The convertible is actually my consolation prize since my wife asked me to sell the Triumph Daytona 955i...greatest gentleman's sport bike every made.

Anyhow, let me know if anyone has an SR20 turbo they're looking to get rid of. Those are perfect for the Mazda B6.

Hey guys,

my name is Daniel. As the title says I'm new to the board and I've also just recently gotten my 1993 Nissan 240SX (Dohc). I traded my 1991 Honda CRX Hf for it because it's more along the lines of what I really want. Anyway, I daily drive a 2006 Honda Civic Ex so this car is simply a project car. Not to be cliche' but I do plan to drift but I want to do it properly and this forum seems to be a wealth of knowledge.

My plan now is to start off by doing basic maintenance and repair. It's not the prettiest S13 in the world, and it leaks a little oil as I've discovered (seems like a rear seal). I'm getting the basic timing set, new plugs (doesn't seem to need any new wires). I'm replacing my brake pads tomorrow as well, and running sea foam through the lines. At the moment I'm in the process of learning the car and not trying to drift it, I'm learning to drive it well. Next week I'll be ordering an Energy Suspension Hyperflex Bushings kit, because these twenty year-old cars often have worn bushings and this is often overlooked. It's horrendously multicolored but sanded down and ready to be painted, after painting it I'll get a good set of coilovers maybe off of here, as well as some sway bars/strut bars. I'm also going to try to make it to SCCA Autocross events, and attempt to drive without breaking the rear-end loose; overall, that should make me a better driver. I'm from Augusta, Georgia, Atlanta has a big drift scene and Myrtle Beach isn't too far away. I have a total of five friends with S13's so we're our own unnamed unannounced group I guess, we try to help each other out. All the while hopefully saving for an SR20DET swap, by the time I get it, the car should be an extension of my body and I'll be used to it and ready for the increase in performance.

My name is Jason and I'm 21. I live in okinawa, japan and have been for about 19 years now. My first car was an s14 zenki N/A. I drove that for about a year and crashed it. Back then I was still learning and I didnt have time to search for parts so I came across a c33 laurel w/ 5 spd and bought that instead and sold my 14. I kept the laurel for almost a year but I got tired of the high maintenance I had to deal with because of the previous owner. So I found me a beautifully clean s13 kouki N/A. It was a virgin so I had to buy it. Took care of it for a awhile and wanted to go turbo without the engine swapping hassle so I bought me a 180 type III and sold the 13 to a japanese friend.

Recently, I crashed my 180 exiting a drift and ended up breaking my arm and luckily, not my life. I was in a crisis and I needed a car bad for going to work but I knew I couldnt buy another S-chassis because dealing with parents over-seas is difficult so I bought me a jzx100 cresta to trick my parents thinking I'm not going to drift anymore. Right now, the cresta is N/A & AT but it will under-go brain and heart surgery soon.

I come to this forum to learn what else everyone here is sharing and want to be familiar with the states and all over the world. I have 2 forums I currently go to but want to explore more.

Driving a 89 s13 hatch. 5 speed swap, J.I.C coils, Weds Sports and other little stuff.
