KA YAY another idle problem ka24de PLEASE HELP

So my car has been running great. Pulls like it should and everything. But my only problem so far is when coming to a stop, as soon as I'm under ~3-5mph, my idle slowly goes up to about 2k, then slowly drops down. When it's cold, it'll be similar except it'll go up and bounce between 1500 and 2100 one-three times and then slowly drop back down again.

Zero mods on the motor. I've already cleaned my MAF sensor and bled the cooling system (worked for my buddy's prelude. Please don't hate for comparing Honda and Nissan. Just trying anything that pops up in my head) and I've also run a propane tank with a hose attached over all of my vacuum lines to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas?! I'm new to nissans (work for Toyota) so this is getting annoying.

You might be running a auto ecu, if you're 5 speed, Might be a issue with the IACV.
