Won?t rev over 4500rpm even with very light throttle input. Leaning towards maf. Going to try to find one to test out

Won?t go over 4500 even with very light throttle input. Negligible little things found under boost leak test and tightened everything up. Leaning towards maf as well, trying to find one to try out

Trans tunnel with cdpro

Any fellas that put a 2jzgte with the Serialnine (Serial9) CDPRO bellhousing in the 240sx S13. Do you have to beat the trans tunnel for it to fit or does it clear the tunnel with no issue? I know the Stock one needs finesse but not sure about the CDPRO one because it is smaller in size. Having a hard time finding information on fitment. I have the Excessive mounts.

It looks identical to the Fisch housing, I'd go with whatever information they have on theirs. Its a C-hair shorter than a A340 housing/adapter plate combo. minor firewall clearance needed, you're going to beat the shit out of your trans tunnel the same amount regardless due to the actual transmission size.

Anyone know the part numbers for the S14 heater hoses to 2jz? From the firewall to the engine. I saw the part numbers a long time ago, wanna say they were Dayco hoses but not sure. Anyone know this?

How is the vibration on 1JZ/2JZ setups running solid engine mounts?

It appears that all of the mounts, outside of ISR, are solid mounts.

Thanks

Couldn?t you modify mounts to utilize a different option? I find it hard to believe only ISR has done this?

Goleby?s, Xcessive, etc are a few that utilize rubber/urethane.

With that said, in-line 6?s are naturally balanced, so even with solids, it would probably be smoother than a KA or SR.

Based on what you said, I went back and looked at the Xcessive again. It looks like they recommend using their BMW mounts if you're looking for a urethane option. I looked at Golebys quickly but didn't see anything.

I'm not looking to "modify" anything. Just want it right, right out of the box.

I'm also using this power steering line which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Can you tell which review is mine? lol

My power steering hasn't worked since I swapped in the motor and it randomly leaked all over my garage floor the other day - trying to diagnose what's going on.

Are the vacuum valve and the variable steering valve the same? What does the valve do?
