Replacing weatherstriping, on body and sunroof.

So i bought new weatherstriping for my s13. But when when I replaced the one refered by Nissan to "body side upper door" it tends to come lose where easy on the rear. Especially when running the door window up and down. Should it be glued or I?m missing something? The old one was not glued by the look of it and never had any issue with it coming lose.

And then about the sunroof, the rubber around the glas, what glue i recomended and any other tips when replacing it?

Are there little clips imbedded in the rubber? If they are metal, which seems to be most common, squeeze them with some pliers and reinstall.
