looking to buy/trade

i'm looking for a good solid bodied convertable 240 i don't care if it runs but running would be a plus. ka is ok, i will trade plus cash for an sr. by solid body i mean little or no rust and maybe minimal damage such a dents or scratches, i'm a body student so i can fix it.
any ways heres what i have for trade
1989 240 sx se: OEM white
locked up motor tranny only has 180k.
this car has all the spare parts you would need
1989 240 sx: OEM white
runs great, 170k, 5-lug conversion plus spare set of se rims, suspension mods
interior is a little rough, b&m sort throw, crown royal shift boot, pioneer head unit, fosgate interiors. the carpet in the back has been stripped out and the floor has been dynomatted for sound denting purposes. no back seat due to sparco three point harness. that's about it, if i think of more i'll post w/pics soon. thanks,
shane
