Ive been trying to do the s2 cluster but I believe you have to run a stand alone (like haltech) to make it work right?

Think about it man.
Your driving down the street when someone slams into your passenger door. The momentum sends your head into the very unforgiving roll cage you thought would be cool.
Then you die.

My passenger would be dead in my car had I not had a cage, bent the door bar in a U and made the passenger seat like 12" wide... think about how bad it would have been without a cage

I think a cage without the proper seats and harnesses is a horrible idea however, because in an accident with a 4 point harness and a good bucket... as I had in the accident and kept me in the seat. Had I had stock seats I probably woulda been throw around and knocked my head on the cage.

Step 1 put on seat belt

You act like people are gonna be swinging around in there cars it's not that bad as long as you have a legit fitted cage. They also make nice padding. And as for anybody saying cars are designed to crush don't worry they still will but atleast your not taking the hit. It's no law to have a cage in a daily to each there own and maby they track there car. If you don't like it don't put it your car. Shut this down!

That's funny because in CA there is a law against haveing more than a 4 point roll bar in a street car.

Out of curiosity, how did you get the stickers to stick to that flip-up lid? I thought they were textured.

Awesome looking interior, though... I really want a Z.

thanks mang, all i did was clean it really good with alcohol before i put the first sticker on. after that it was just peel and stick. lol surprisingly most they have all stayed on there pretty well. the only thing that i wish i didnt do was cover a fatlace business card with stickers. the edges of it make the stickers around it a bit bubbly ..

Not a bad point... I suppose I always though that the cage would built close enough to the A pillar, B pillar and roof line that without a helmet(maybe 2 inches lower than roof) you'd probably clear the cage and just hit your head on the window.

So i suppose if you have an Ebay 6 point cage that doesn't quite fit snug then it makes sense what you're saying

Trying hard to bring her up this decade atleast, really needing some quality seats, new vinyl and new carpet. Not too mention my Nardi button fit loose as fuck, needless to say I was pissed my expensive ass new steering wheel didn't even have a button that fit right.

like I said, your spine will stretch a couple inches in a severe accident, making it very easy to hit the bars going over your windows. Cages must be padded if you are driving without a helmet.
