participation is needed, as in people need to care.
you cant just show up and expect. its a community so every little thing helps.

Guys, I've read through the whole thread and I have decided what we need so none of this happens again.

A fucking moonbounce. One of them with the slides. A gigantic inflatable fucking slide, with an attached moonbounce.

What we should do is mandatory name tags, and have team sign ups in the thread before the actual day of the bbq with a set schedule. i dont think it can get any more organized than that really.
