Alaska car scene

ok so here is the question for all who live in alaska and are into import cars and drifting i got stationed in fort richardson ak in anchorage i saw cars that are up my alley i didnt really get into the car scene when i was there my first year now i have my car being shipped up there i know there seems to be a hang out spot near the toca bell near the walmart but as far as actaul drift events i was looking for more info ps im deployed atm and this is why i dont just go to the hang out spots i saw and start asking

Hey man, the drift scene as far as I have noticed is a bit bare in AK, big on drag and auto-x though. Check out • Index page For a good bit of info up there. Many of the guys that meet at the TB are on there.

I recently just bought an S13 and had it shipped up from Seattle, although I had an STI before that. We usually meet up on Friday nights at the Alaska Bagel Restaurant and then we go on cruises or little hangouts afterwards. The majority of the group is pretty friendly and welcoming. The group is closed so you'll have to request to join, but if you let me know what your name is I can for sure get you in.
