S13 manual seatbelt conversions
good day all,
i have 3 S13 manual seatbelt conversions. they include the belts, a-pillars, and b-pillars. two conversions are dark grey / black, and one is dark blue. one of the grey conversions is missing the a b-pillar, i will likely part out this set. one of the blue b-pillars got cracked slightly when i removed it. all prices are + shipping on the last full conversions i sold UPS charged me $100 to ship these friggin things due to size or course. $125 for full conversion + shipping, the price might be negotiable if there is insufficient demand. i would like to offer them as full conversions first. i notified the guys who inquired about my last conversions. i accept paypal. here are pics: http://images.cardomain.com/member_i...5_122_full.jpg http://images.cardomain.com/member_i...5_123_full.jpg http://images.cardomain.com/member_i...5_124_full.jpg the chip out of the blue panel: http://membersdb.son240sx.ca/images/.../1010_chip.jpg regarding the pics, all funds received for these conversions are going towards a half decent camera, i know mine is horrible. yes my garage is full of 240 parts, but nothing else for sale now, i am not allowed to pick up another parts car right now... lol the last few were messy. I'd prefer the gray, but since it's incomplete, most likely i'll take the black. Can you check how much shipping would be through FED EX, my understanding is that it will be a lot cheaper. I'm don't have the car on me, and will need to check the interior first though. Email me at [email protected]
thanks |

if i cna part out the panels in a way that makes it equal or beneficial for me i will do it.
i havent received any payment yet because i have to get a couple quotes, but there has been alot of interest thus far. the two grey / black ones are a dark grey, but they arent really black. and they are not as light grey as the interior of my coupe.just so you guys know the colour, i dont want to ship dark grey and have you be expecting jet black. pm me with offers on the pillars and stuff. |

i dont know any local FED EX place.
i have used canada post because they are usually cheaper than UPs but you cannot track their shipments outside of canada, so it is kind of frustrating. i had to call to get updates on prior packages sent to cali etc. i went into UPs today and chatted it up with the guy there. there is a way that i can save on shipping, i have to ship the a-pillars seperately and send as a mulit-package shipment. i can wrap the a-pillars together, they should be fine, and box the rest. i am 99% sure i can do $170 shipped for the whole conversion any where in the continental US. i was expecting to have to ask in the $225 range, so this is quite a big drop. if you want just pieces pm me, if i can part the whole conversions i will, and there are people interested in just parts as it is. i accpet paypal thanks |

sorry,
i thought that i had a list of prices in this thread, i guess i dont. here is what these conversions have been going for: These prices include shipping to anywhere in the US $170 complete conversion. both front belts and all 4 pillars $70 belts only $65 a-pillars only now gone through 5-6 full sets, and pretty happy with the results thus far so i plan on continuing to do this. |

just a note,
you can see frm the second picture that the b-pillar panels, particularly the one in the centre, have a little bit of a crack i guess where the seatbelt comes through from behind the panel. there is a little clip that covers this area, and i try to keep them, but it is WAY TO DIFFICULT to make sure that they remain 100% perfect, this area is simply too fragile. in fact i have broken several of these panels when trying ot remove. in addition to this, these panels are like this when i find them. you really dont notice this anyways as it is behind you, but there is really nothign i can do to prevent it. some panels are better than others but i cannot guarantee that the one you receive will be 100%. i apologize for any inconvenience. **EDIT*** these panels are not cracked all the wya through, there is just a small gap at the heart of the stress point. any that were cracked completely were thrown away. all the little clips that cover this area slightly are left on the belt harness if they remain intact. most do not. i have 3-4 of the broken ones in my tool box. |
