You think my hood is crappy? lol its just not sitting all the way down because of the flush latch. And I like the stock grille. I dont like the ganadors, which arent fake. I like my kit more. I dont think my kouki is the best but does it really bother you that I think it looks good? Wasted kouki? I did what I did in a tight budget and for what I spent it looks good.

To get back on point, anyone ever paint their car Aubergine Purple which is a factory Lotus color? Lotus has so many paint colors to choose from and they are all amazingly nice.

Oh, be careful which system you use for the black by the way. Some systems turn a hair brown after they cure out. I have found that DBC and DBU from PPG is pretty good to solve this problem, if you are using waterborn paint pretty much any of them is fine as long as the person mixing it is NOT a total dipshit.

well here's the deal, we painted my engine bay a few weeks ago and im getting ready to send my car into the shop to get painted.

i have 3 options i would like to go with.

1- get the car redone in a different white than the stock s15 pearl white
-bmw alpine white?

2- repaint the engine bay white and choose something other than white for the exterior.

3- do car and engine bay same color

have fun getting ahold of some. I talked to a dude a VIR with and Elise that color, he almost had to repaint his car a diff color after it got damaged. It is absolutely gorgeous tho..
