Injectors not firing!

So I am stumped. My injectors are not firing and any I am out of ideas to trouble shoot the issue. Here is a list of things I have tried.

Tested the power at the injectors and getting 12 volts.
Turned the CAS by hand and I could hear each injector click.
Swapped the fuel lines to ensure they were on correctly.
Injectors are new.
Fuel pump is priming.
Checked the start signal wire for 12 volts and it tested good.

All I can think is that the ECU is bad. Am I missing anything? Any suggestions would help. Thanks!

My sr was mis-firing, I did everything. Turned out the plug on my ECU wasn't on completely. and now it works perfect.

Get a noid light to verify that your injectors are firing. Use a fuel pressure gauge to confirm that your pump is operating. I'm assuming that since you said you have a CAS that you have an SR20?

If you have spark, you should have injectors firing.
