That is going to be a seriously cool setup (with the can). Sure do wish we could get those in Illinois.

What are your thoughts on a 300 blackout, is it all hype?
I am thinking about building up a new upper (although all you really need is a new barrel) and with 300 BLK sharing the same action at the 556 along with magazine compatibility it seems pretty awesome...

Assuming the Ammo issue gets addressed...

That's what I paid but unfortunately they didn't have any in stock. I was going to get the 22/45 lite too but I want the gold and they only have the new black ones.

unless you have big hands like me. that's why I went with a Glock 17. Couldn't get used to the feel of the 19. :/

are you going to carry?

17 is full size
19 is compact
Both are 9mm

If u want .40
Glock 22
Easy to find police trade in models too

Good to know, yea I think I'm leaning more towards the glock 17 than the glock 40 mainly because of the ammo

40 is a lot easier to find than 9, at least where I'm from. With all the new shooters getting into it that are all buying 9mm pistols..it's pretty scarce. I don't know when the last time I saw 9mm in a store was, with the exception of $1/round hollow point ammo.

I was at Wal-Mart the other day and saw some Tula .223 (a whopping 40 rounds). I had to rub my eyes to make sure I wasn't seeing things.

As long as there are dickheads like the one above asking $600 for an incomplete lower, you're probably right.

.22 ammo is a bitch to find!!! so are the take downs.

I bought mine awhile back when they were first released. the gun store I bought it from only had two in stock. and haven't gotten any in lately.

I bought at least 2000 rounds and shot it all over the year or so ive owned it. the gun shoots amazing and it pretty accurate. but the iron sights are kind of wack.

aftermarket parts, ammo, and accessories for the take down are hard to come buy!!!!!!!!
