Aside from the idle aspects of them, the same can be said for both ECU's. The joys of a MAF car is that they adapt to many different setups, so long as the car retains the same injectors, timing, compression, and MAF as the tune is setup for.

I love these sleeper setups. We just sent another manifold out today for someone utilizing the Mazworx flange and an SR20 manifold. Slick pieces, just time consuming to make right.z

Edit: Here are pics of one from a while back that we also did an external wastegate setup on. Obviously for sleeper-cell KA-T guys you won't want that, but for those who can be 'sorta' sleeper...it's a nice choice. MVS V band is even more slick

Sorry for late response to this, didn't see the updates!

Shoot me a PM for pricing, all situations are different in regard to what they need (coating, if they need external gate, if they are purchasing the flange, etc etc).

Most setups are around 150 dollars though. We charge shop time with this job as to to it right and have it look great requires specific detail rather than just mudding in the two parts as they dont' line up exactly 100%.

could the waste gate flange be welded on the back of the manifold near the firewall or on the side by the strut tower? So the heat shield can stay on.

Nice, how did you get the MAF to work with the airbox and turbo intake? I am having a problem with connecting the rubber intake to the turbo and MAF due to the KA sitting a bit further up and a N62 style MAF being a bit longer. There is too sharp of a bend for the rubber intake to fit on. If you can provide pictures that would be awesome.

I'm using the stock KA maf so it fit onto the intake tube fine. I just drilled holes to make it fit to the airbox.

don't s14's and s15's have a intake resonator on the cold pipe?

Question

Is this a S13 and what did you have to do to make the piping+intercooler and manifold fit?

S14. I removed the intake resonator to make the cold pipe fit. Other wise it is too long the the radiator hose gets in the way. Had a KA flange welded to the SR manifold. Everything else bolts up fine.

Bumping this thread. I bought Umbys sidemount set up and received it yesterday.

I'm still looking for a converted SR manifold and a STOCK SR20DET intake set up

(Accordion pipe, airbox etc.)
