I feel its a publicity stunt for his law firm or himself, it has his full name lol "Scott Weires" so i think he is just trying to get publicity, he didnt intend to get the car i bet...

115mph until you get on the track?? pshhhhh! my old service manager had our first GTR up to like 140 within two stop lights on surface streets... dumb, yes I know this, but man the info you guys get and believe sometimes is unheard of.

And not go threw that invasive expirence.
that is a watchdog swstem plane and simple.
they a blowing trannys left and right and they know it.
So they used the data tracker to duck out of fixing it.
Just like Onstar (REPO STAR).
You notice that it is not optional.
Buy a Motorex converted Skyline used.
Or import a R33 GT-R.
