SR No power to fuel pump

1996 Nissan 240sx with sr20det swap

Issue: Fuel pump is hard wired to the battery via relay and one day all of a sudden loss power. Things I tried
1. Checked fuses
2. Fuel pump works when directly powered via battery
3. Replaced relay with new one
4. Checked my connections and inspected the signal wire (b/y wire)
5. ECU checked by Martin (Rs Enthalpy) found to be in good condition. Tested on another car and works.

Pump does not prime/turn on when car is on position. Is there another relay or something else I can check? Car has been down for several days and would love to get her back on the road. Thanks in advance!

you checked the wiring on the top hat? You may have a semi-broken connection that's requiring more amperage than that relay can provide.

Show a picture of your setup.

So i actually rewired my Walbro fuel pump directly to the relay. Only connection the the top hat are the fuel gauge, low fuel light. I checked my wiring and all looks solid

My fuel pump works intermittently as well. I assumed the fuel pump was just on its way out. I checked and fixed all connections without pulling the top hat off. Walbro 255, relay setup.

Almost same symptoms. Key to ON position, no fuel pump prime but if I keep trying, it'll eventually work.

If you figure out the issue, please post it here.

Well, at this point I think my issue might be the harness or a relay.. I think I might just end up running my pump to a toggle switch

Sigh, simplest issue? don?t assume all wiring is good until carefully inspected? had a broken power wire to the relay
