there was a very good thread on here, search it. i believe it was bride vs nagisa rails or something

So i picked up a set of Volk RE30s for a low low price.. problem is i only have 3 wheels and they are 19x10s +22 front and 19x11s +25 rear. ..

What should i do? Sell them or order the 4th wheel and run them on my Supermade s13?

This is something you should have thought about before picking them up. Personally, I think 19 inch wheels on an S13 is retarded.

I've got some old tires laying around in my garage that are the perfect size for these new rims I want to buy, and still have a good amount of tread left. They're old, but not that used, would I be safe stretching them? Or should I buy a whole new set. I just don't see the point in wasting good tires, but I don't know if anyone's ever tried stretching old tires. (old being maybe 3 or 4 years old, these aren't from like the 90s lol.)

True manual steering racks has no line going/coming from a Power steering pump, it is fully enclosed and was purposely built that way. No Power steering rack may mean that the person took the belt off/ took the pump off

Can anyone else chime in on this?

180sx type-x sr20det

Hey guys new to the forum but I have a question if someone has an answer. I am just wondering if the wiring for the type-x sr20 is the same as the regular black or redtop sr20's. I know they have different ECU's but is any of the other wiring different. If anyone knows, or has a link let me know please!

Yes the wiring is different for the J4 ecu's. Shouldn't be too big of a difference though.

Yes but they're not recommended, get a oil catch can instead.

Manual steering racks are stronger. De-powered racks are weaker due to the lack of fluid it uses to create power/pressure.

i don't really have time to check this out myself so i thought i might trust your experience... im about to fill the stock mounts this weekend, but can i rest my SR engine on the bases without damaging anything? i think the oil pan might hit the crossmember before the steel bases rest on the crossmember right? will leaving it held up by the trans (the kinda safe part to raise the engine) a few days while the poly cures damage anything?

ok i guess i suck at searching but i've only got so much time to get my car running so i can drive to work lol. but does it matter if the engine harness of an s14 is auto or manual? i've got a 98 5 spd that need a new engine harness but so far the ones i've found are either auto or the seller can't tell. it's the lower harness that matters for that no?

also is the lower harness year specific...meaning does a 95-96 lower harness only work in the zenki or is that stuff totally interchangeable?
