It's an 06 so its a 2.5 but has a fully built bottom end so yes it can spin that turbo


this was a very conservative tune



Garrett GT30R .82 at 22psi and no timing. on 93 octane.

That's going in my S13

And the hx40 was just the only twin-scroll T4 turbo we had laying around. Something a little smaller will take it's place.

Thanks man. I should be able to flip the EFR around and run the intake in front of the timing gears and have the exhaust exit right out the fenderwell. The HX40 is really just too big haha.

Mano- is that the stock VVL intake manifold cut/flipped and rewelded? Looks like it'll be a pretty stout setup. I have a VVL setup in progress as well.

Thanks man, yeah I was going to push it right up against the firewall, but I decided to leave a little room for now i'm hoping to weigh the entire engine with accessories to get an idea of how it compares to other swaps.
