Drift with water/methanol

Anyone have a water meth setup and drift with it? I was wondering if you would need a water surge tank so the pump doesnt cavitate from an air bubble. Curious as to what you guys think

You shouldn't need a surge tank for a water/methanol, mainly because the liquid sees such high pressure after the pump. Just be mindfull of when your tank gets low.

I'm going to be working on a high boost map one of these days and thought about this too. Most kits have a low indicator chime/light. Just keep your tank filled up and you should be ok.

Glad to see someone else who slides interested in taking advantage of what aux injection has to offer!

your pump shouldnt get air bubbles because the tank should be above the pump. I ran a 1gal tank with aquamist pump in my evo. I did mountain run in it just about every weekend with no problems. Aquamist HFS-1

meth tanks are usually pretty small from what I've seen. Is there a way to make a bladder cell type system to keep it from sloshing around?

You can get them up to 5 -7gal. anything above that will have to be special order. You can also make a tank.
I ran a 1gal in the evo, and that was plenty. Only triggers when you are above a certain boost level.
