The problem I had when attempting the same, I can't find anything that will bond to the foam, sand or smooth to the contour, and won't crack. I tried a lot of different things, but haven't gotten anything satisfactory yet. I'm probably just going to take a mold off of one, then refoam and wrap the whole thing. Be done with it.

Ok, so I'm on the hunt for floor mats. I was gonna try and find a d-max set, but have heard not such great things. My other option was Lloyd Mats, but they have no Nissan logos for embroidery. So I guess I'm looking at custom mats. Anyone know where I could find a template to take to an upholstery place?

Traded my Sparco steering wheel to a friend with the same one. I always hated the leather one, suede x10 better in my opinion.

Custom piece I created. I seen a few where they remove the climate control to put the gauges, but i wanted everything in its stock location with a vent also. Then I had the genius idea of installing a vent from a trans am parts car i had. lol
