i just got my stuff and right on time for when i told him i needed everything. he responded super fast to pm's and got everything taken care of quickly. he also refunded me some money for the shipping charges which effectively canceled the paypal fee.

I've had good experiences with both parts and service... actually Justin recommended me to the service department for my y33 q45 and for the first time in the history of my life a stealership didnt try to rape me...
