i have no problems with people that don't even own a 240 on here, just so long as they don't do the following things.

1) ask about engine swaps
2) ask about front end conversions

if i told you to go away it'd be hypocritical since i'm on honda forums. but yeah, summer is kinda the down time so there isn't a whole lot goin on here, but wait until fall and you'll learn all your heart desires. enjoy

Hmm? why is summer down time? I imagine it's too hot outside for most (including most stock radiatored 10-year-old cars) which would cause them to stay indoors at the computer and write more irrelevent stuff about their cars.
Or is my logic fatally flawed somewhere??

Hey, a fellow Honda/Acura driver....welcome...even though I'm new here too.

Speaking of Front End Converts, (TNord)
I saw a Lude the other day with a TL convert. Looked pretty clean actually.
Lude with Acura TL Heads

While here is one with the "dreaded" conversion. Still looks clean, but I might get my ass keyed all over the place.

I have always liked 'tegs so what I do when I like a car is make sure my 240 is faster then I can rationalize not having one Anyway enjoy yourself on the board and welcome. What area are you in? here in VA we have quite the little gang started

The lude with TL lights looks wierd, the TL lights seem to big for the car. The guy did a good job though, juss that it seems to bulky to me, but thats just MHO.

Summer is when everyone is out at AutoX or working for thier cars. People all over are at races, drag strip, dyno, doin installs, and saving money for their next mod. When summer is over then everyone will be back. Winter is when all people on the board are back and sharing thier knowledge.

Welcome to the boards Goy091

im located in SoCal, wheres everyone from n e ways?

fyi, im not a stunna or rice boy or wutever.

oh yea that 240 in the back, just died or is about to. i think its the pulley belt tensioner/guide thing that broke and the chain is hitting a bolt head (cars a 90 btw) and it has like 150k mi on it. friends contemplating getting a KA24DE or just garaging it and buy a new/used car. hes a college student too, no money for anything

front end conversions arent my thing. i like the JDM ITR and love the Silvia 3 projector lamp front, looks damn good. as far as anything else, like a skyline front on my teg, thats just gay

the lip and side skirts on the car are honda optional parts FYI

yea looking at my friends car now, i want to do an S13 with a swap. CA18? or SR20, or even just a KA24DE.

i was origanlly looking for a S14 before i got my Teg, but to no avail the 3 i found in my area were sold or autotragic i mean matic.

i read the Sport Compact Car with the 3 S14s and those cars were deff bad ass!

also just read a more recent issue w/the red S13 w/Silvia front, Bomex bumper and FMIC. damn clean car!

Hard for me to believe theres such a great combo of a car in the 240, and I didnt know about it when I bought my first car (92 Prelude). But I guess it was for the best, because I put quite a few speed dents in the prelude. Best that, and not the 240 I guess. But at least now if my car gets damaged, I can just call it a battle scar, where as before I had to lie to my mom about tieing a shopping cart to my trunk latch and busting ebrake 180's in the target parking lot at 1 am in the rain

Sup man, Welcome to the board... and nice ride...

anyway kudos on stepping up into nissans, they are definately coming of age and making some nice cars, 240 is a example....

Jus chill here, and read the info shared, these guys all taught me alot about 240s, sometimes you jus gotta shutup and listen(read)...Ask intelligent questions, and do some of your own studying up on 240s.... And dont take no crap from no one... i got into my share of arguements. but overall mostly everyone is cool
