s13 Urgent Brake Help

Hi guys, I have searched and not find what I need. I need this fix in a hurry. So thanks guys. my 92 240sx, Driver Rear caliper stuck. I just rebuild the caliper, and I can turn the piston before installation in and out after the rebuild, no leaking after I bled the system and test. but after I install it back, and press the brake, it stuck at certain degree when i turn the wheel, then completely stuck after I try it with the wheel on. the E-brake is good, no problem with release or pull it. Another thing I find out is , car in neutral, if i turn the Pass rear wheel forward, my driver rear wheel won't move, drive shaft turns, hope this help. So I need advice bros. Thank you very much.

they are, but they suck ass even when rebuilt.

just throwing out some ideas, did you replace the rotor? are you sure it's sitting flat and not binding up anywhere? try disconnecting the parking brake cable. the passenger side cable might be frozen and all the tension is added to the driver's side.
