My Ksport came with the crappy master cyl, so i upgraded to the wilwood .75 (3/4 bore) 1 problem I ran into with the Ksport and wilwood is the threads on the adjustment/locker (Ksport) do not match the 5/16-24 threads on the Wilwood (#260-6089)
So you have to either bore it out slightly and re-thread it, or make a new one.

*Update* When upgrading to the .75 (3/5 bore) Inline setup. You WILL need a longer handle to operate it. I bent the Ksport handle.

so my friends got a hydro ebrake that isn't locking up. pbm hydro ebrake with a chase bay proportion valve. bled the system couple of times got it to lock up one wheel at one point but bled it again and nothing. we also tried adjusting both the ebrake and the proportioning valve. cant figure it out. lever is also really stiff.

thanks in advance for your input guys

Shoot me some pics of your setup with this!! May be able to help you out a bit. We just did something similar but it went off without a single problem.

We used a CNC 402A in an S13 chassis and it worked perfect with OEM Master.

that handle looks relatively short, i Like it... what pads r u running on it? And how much effort do you need to get the rear to lock up? Easier than the stock set up?

On the 402A the handle really isn't very short at all. Running hawk HP's iirc. Does not require much effort at all to lock up the rear. By far much nicer then stock and much easier.

We are actually about to release the kit as a bolt in for the S chassis with lines and hand brake. Should be pretty soon!!

1x 72" 3/16 hardline
1x 51" 3/16 hardline

1 adaptor come from the rear brake port into driver side, then connects to 72" line (Way longer then needed) Run across the firewall, down the trans tunnel, and loops back into the rear port on Wilwood.

51" hardline runs down the passenger side trans tunnel, across firewall to passenger side, connects into the 2nd M10 adaptor, Adaptor connected to the stock connector in the engine bay on passenger side.

Basically. I love it, feels great and works great. When I bought mine they were sold out of their custom line/install kit so I used hard line and bent it all and put on my own fittings. But get the install kit it'll be easier. I posted a pic on the first page of mine.

I run inline, locks great, no issues. Feels a little funky when hitting the brakes at the same time, but you get over that.

If i was you^ i would make some sort of quick release for that giant handle, like weld in a nut so you can just unscrew it, cause that looks like a pain to drive around daily with that stick poking out.

Thanks for the advice, but the car is now down, and when it's done, no more daily driving for it. It seems a bit tall at first, but leverage was needed.
