Drift missiles, AKA "who cares, it's a track car"...







See the difference? Drift missiles are NOT track cars, they're just pieces of shit that have NO BUSINESS on a racetrack of ANY kind. So many kids these days have a retarded definition of the term "track car". REAL track cars are meticulously maintained, have well rounded modifications, and are repaired when they're damaged. The owners DO care. Drift sluts/missiles are owned by jackasses and their owners don't give a shit because it's a "track car".

I REALLY think drift organizations need to step up their tech inspections. Half the cars out there aren't even safe. Have an oil leak? NO TRACK TIME. Battery not PROPERLY secured and safely installed (IE vented battery box)? NO TRACK TIME. Chasis all bent to shit and weakened form multiple impacts with no repairs performed? NO TRACK TIME. ETC... About 10% of the "track cars" allowed on the track at drift events would pass a REAL tech inspection.

These two are matsuri cars, which is quite literally a smash-em-up event. cars are taken from the junk pile, and brought back to life just for this event, and then dumped back in the weeds afterwards.
