USPS priority mail from a base in Japan gets stuff to me in 4-5 days and I'm in VA. 3 days is completely plausible.

Damn that looks good. How much did they charge you just to mold the fenders in and paint them?

Hey guys, on a s14. I'm planning on running either 17x9.5 +12 or 18x9.5 +15 all around. What size tires should I be looking at?

Keep in mind this will be a DD.

Yeah haha it was dirty in those pics, still needs to be wet-sanded and buffed as well. Yes the fart can muffler will be gone shortly and coilovers are in my room. Thanks for the compliments though!

With a 10.5 you might as well run a 285/30/18... itll be stretched with a 265

Could even run a 295/30/18..... Nice and low tire height and much wider... and more proper.

A 265 as above will look stretched.

mmm i love this thread too!
well since GripTerror brought up 295/30/19 on a 10.5, which is what ive been planning on running in the rear...what offset, if possible, would i need to fit that tire under stock s14 metal with a roll? i want the tire even with the fender.

240ka- just depends on how much you wanna pull it.. its gonna take more than just a roll.. i would say in the +25 - +15 range for backspacing though..

Yea you could run a 315, but it would be more optimal to run a 315 on an 18x11.5 or 18x12. (0.5-1" difference). As much as its beneficial to have lots of tire, too much of a bubbly sidewall can impact handling... just as stupidly stretching will impact handling. Two extremes, but it would work.

yea i gotta see cause there going on an 09 subaru wrx non sti (no overs) so a 10.5 is pretty wide already thats why but hey if i could clear a 285/30 itll be better i gotta go get the car measured with the guy thats making the wheels this car isnt like previous years the rotors are really close the the end of the fenders and i gotta get backspacing and front spacing on point cause i want atleast a 2.0/2.5 inch lip,we talked and were gonna try and fit a 18x10.5 +45 on the car,i wanna the run the widest tire i can but im limited also. thanks homie

hey guys got two questions. firstly ive got some 17x9.5 +17's and i run 5mm spacers up front to clear coilovers. wanna go to a 255 tyre, but my dilema is getting the fronts under metal. has anyone got pics of some well flared metal front 180sx fenders. and also with a 225 on a 17" whats the thinnest profile i can run and still keep good grip?

I'm wanting to upgrade my weakling FN01RC 17x8s in the rear to a 5lug 17x10 +35 so I can run 275/40/17, does anyone have a clue as to how fitment will be? I'm not looking to be sunk in or sticking out. Rolling is fine by me, i'd just rather not pull on the fender any.

Here's my s14 with that setup: http://zilvia.net/f/wheels-tires/294...-35-tires.html

and here's a rear shot of my old s13.5 with the same wheel and offset:

Both cars had a 275/40/17. The s14 did NOT require a roll or pull, I just did one to fit different wheels.. The s13.5 had neither a roll nor a pull, though it probably would have been slightly more aesthetically pleasing had one been performed..
