I got my rb in my s13, now i can't get idle to set, the IACV screw is in the all the way an the idle is still around 2.5k. The timing is also off, it'll pop around 7k in boost. I have cleaned my IACV out really good like over night and it helped, but I am not sure what else to do. I have a timing light but I can't set the base timin without the idle being around 650.
