I said it before, I'm gonna say it again...

"FUCK NO. Even with tubbing it, kiss your full lock to lock turn".
And stop trying to put on beach ball sized tires on a tiny ass wheel welled S13.

Do you even read anything I've posted up or am I wasting my damn time?

Fuck it...you know what, buy it and make it fit. It will fit if you don't lower it...enjoy the DONK Status.

Right now, I'm on Stance GR+'s and the ride isn't bad, but I think that there might be something better suited to my use for the car (Spirited DD). I'm sort of torn on playing with spring rates though, I'm really concerned that I'm essentially going to start making the suspension stop doing it's job at some point....

The logical next move seems to be to run either 215/40's or 225/35's and see if they correct the problem. Also, I believe a large sway may net an improvement as well, seeing that it should help with body roll over the front corners as well.
Just to follow up on this.

Still running the same wheel setup, 18x9.5 +5 (effective) in the front and 18x9.5 +20 in the rear - but finally swapped the front tires to 215/40/18.

No other changes other than replacing the tension rods and the car rubs much, much less. Certain long sweeping turns still lead to the tire hitting the top of the well, but otherwise, it's pretty radical.

I said it before and I'll say it again for the last damn time...YOU CAN'T RUN 11j WIDE RIMS IN FRONT OF AN S13, NOR SHOULD YOU RUN BEACH BALL SIZED TIRES SINCE IT WILL RUB ALL OVER THE PLACE.

If it was on an S14, maaaaaaybe if you can dial the offset exactly to clear suspension and not rub. S13, no way in fucking hell...I'll give you a hint, 9.5j is the most you want on an S13 front. If you run a 10j, expect to rub all over the place if your wheel well isnt tubbed. You go 10.5j or larger, you're a retard.

But like I said, the fuck do I know...not my money or my car.

That should work but if you can run smaller tires, I would. Look into 215/40-18 and 235 or 225/40-18 if you somebody's willing to stretch those rears.

S13 Coupe with +30mm Front and Rear overs. 18x9.5 +15 wheels. Looking for tucked tire, stretched "flush" but functional fitment with minimum to no camber rear, negative camber front.

What size tires should be purchased?

That's what the guy has and what he wants.

So i'm guess which tires will be best for that kind of fitment after putting spacers on it?

Hey guys, I'm gonna be installing some 18x9.5 +12 and 17x9.5+12 on my s13 coupe with stock fenders. Will these wheels fit with aftermarket struts and spring combo? kby struts and tein s techs.

I was thinking about running some 215/40/18 and 215/40/17 in front.

Wheel Fitment Kings this is a question for you guys.

I have a Stockbody S14.

I would like to know what offset I should run on...

Front: 18x9.5
Rear: 18x9.5

Tire size is 225/40/18 (Only until these wear out (Bridgestone RE760's) then switch to 235's)

I am looking for a Clean fitment (No poke or Sunken battleship) just even with the fenders.

I have fully adjustable suspension and would like to keep my Camber at my current settings.

Front (-1.2 Degrees)
Rear (0.6 Degrees)

Ive been reading threads and the correct offset would be around +15.
But please let me know any suggestions and different ideas.

I will roll my fenders.

18/17 stagger? ...what?

Wide wheels with low offsets on STRUTS/SPRINGS?

For the record, you should typically list specs from front to rear. Not in reverse.

Will it fit? Yeah, sure but your wheels will be poking out because you'll need spacers to clear the fronts. Mexi-flush ftw.

My input? Grab a set of coilovers and run the setup that you posted. It will work if you have adjustable arms for alignment purposes.

You have the right idea, +12 is also ideal as well. However, you may need a little bit more than a roll if you plan on running 235 with that amount of camber.

I think 225's are the ticket but 235's work too.

Sorry about that, I posted that backwards, so yes 17's in front and 18's in rear. I'll find a set of coilovers, What do you think about the tire sizes?

Thanks for the response. Well I would like to take advantage of the wider wheel with the 235. Thanks again.

It works. Not sure what you plan on doing with your alignment. But it'll give you more to work with in terms of your fenders.

I ran a similar setup for a good 5,000 miles or so - 18x9.5 +20 all around with 225/40/18 Falken Ziex 452 (iirc)

You MIGHT need to run a hair more camber up front, depending on how 'flush' you want to be. Initially I ran my car at -2* up front and -2.5* rear. I'm sure that I could have gotten my rears back to stock with a bit more work on the inner fenders, but I was lazy.

Also, at least for me, 225/40/18's were too big up front, no matter what I did they would still rub during compression and high steering angle stuff. I ended up stepping down to 215/40/18 and FINALLY don't rub (fronts are also 18x9.5 +5 (effective) at -4.5* camber)

Here's my car with the 18x9.5 - 225/40 square setup:

Mickey thompson classic III what offset would I need to run for front and rear with a decent size lip. I want to stretch the tires and have slightly pulled fenders or over fenders.. kinda looking for a hella flush look.. idk , thx lol the american blot pattern equivalent is the 5.4

my options are 15X8 5X4.53 5/8 -22 mm
15X10 5X4.53 5/8 -45 mm
16X8 5X4.5 4 1/2 0 mm

On my s14 im running 18x9.5 +15 offset with 225/40 and I seem to be running a bit at full lock, im going to try a 5mm spacer up front to see if that helps. Or i guess get a 225/30 for the front??

This is Exactlywhat I need to know. Much appreciated sir.

What are you trying to do with the car? Personally, for those sizing, I'd want a squared 245/40-17 setup.

I can't find a close up picture of it but this was my grip setup on 255/40-17 NT01s on 17x9 +22

Same wheels when I first had them on the wife's R33 but with 245/40-17

Will it fit on s14?
How much fender mod needed
How much camber?

The car will be used just as a daily. No track.
So 245/40R17 won't require any fender modification for the front or rear?
Thanks for the quick replies

Always a good idea to roll the fenders but you shouldnt have to pull it or anything crazy. Get a heat gun and flatten the lip with a hammer.
