Not the same. Look at the spokes by the hub and on the outside where the bolts for the 2 or 3 piece are.

Bumper on the car it came attached to

Guy that gave me the bumper said it was real Uras, but there's no markings so I doubt that. Not exactly bothered about that as it cost $0, just curious about what it actually is.
