Hopefully it's just the VTC Solenoid or Chain Tensioner. If not those, I sure hope the crank are properly measured or even machined to rock those ACL bearings. I've seen plenty of builds using aftermarket bearings on virgin crankshaft fails "spun bearing" even before 1k miles of break in period. GL!

Can you push down on the rocker arms and they move? If so, the hydraulic lash adjusters were not bled and need to be rebled...which means removing cams and resetting timing. Easy test to see if it is an oiling problem is the just spin engine over without CAS plugged up and look inside oil cap area to see if oil is coming from the oiling rods over the cams. Check oil to head first, then rule out lash adjusters, then last thing would be VTC, if chain is tight.
