Are they different, or is it just from the paint, and angle of pic?
I know there is no point to the question, but i figured, "Hey, why not?"

Same wheels, different colors. Are you really THAT NAIVE that you thought they were the same wheels?

How would the paint of the car reflect off the fender, miss the poilished lip, and cause the wheel to appear a different color?

I have seen some crazy reflections happen with photography, and just needed a second opinion to set my myself at ease.
They are the same model of wheels, one set it painted and the other is not.
I mainly asked because the pic from the front of the car has a few spokes did have a reflection that led me to believe it could have come from the paint color. Its interest that they would have different color wheels per side of the car.
