Quick question do you guys think Dmax type I front bumper will flow with type III sides and rear ? or is the type III too aggressive.

the lines won't match up that well in my opinion because of the way it sweeps. i dont think anyone has done the combo...closest thing i can recall is when powers did dmax type 1 with PS duce r33 sides and type III rear. even then...the r33 sides dont really have the same flare like the type III joints.

pretty much running type III boils down to wheel fitment and how gangster the roll/pull job is. if u are stock body and dont have cool mexican wheels + a pull.... it'll look pretty bad in my opinion

stupid small picture...but u get the idea. i say DO IT. what's the worst that can happen?

yeah that what i thought, i would need really good fitment to pull off the type III. Might give this a try, thanks for the input.

I know its a kouki, but atleast you can see the lines. I was considering this for a while as well. I think it looks good.



my picture size sucks. if you want to see it better its at the bottom of page 175 on the kouki 180sx aero thread.

if it's widebody it'll all look gravy because of the wideness, i think the key point is the sides/rear working with whatever wheels he has =\

Nice, thanks for the pic, now i need wheel info and the silver zenki. i thinking 17 all around would be a long shot to make it look nice might do 17 18 stagger.

Personally i think this combo works well if you have all the fields covered i.e. wheel fitment overs and stuff, should still look rad even if it doesn't flow exactly together.

imho, THIS IS FOR ANY s14, 17s will only look good if u are tucking rim on all corners. anything less...and 17s will look soo small.

Thanks for the tip! I travel to Sweden almost once a year so I'll see about summer time. The problem is I am so busy during summer I cannot usually make it to Sweden during the nice months. Not to mention my relatives are not car people so they have no idea where to take me even if I am there.

Tried my resax on earlier, need different spacers though, didnt realise nissan and mazda used different pitch threads :s
So im in the market for some 35mm NISSAN 5x114 spacers, thanks

that was the kit i was going to buy at first, but i really think how high the center
hole on the front bumper is ugly. that is why i went with the version select.

for me the talking point about that bumper is that the front lip is lower/longer than other origin/v::S/vertex/etc. i rike that!
