Increasing the ride height was one of best damn things I've done to this thing in a while. No more scraping my bumper, side skirts and exhaust on everything in sight.. I don't know how you all do it anymore haha

I only went with Tien springs on mine for that very reason. Just close up the wheel gap a bit and enjoy it.

^ I would still get softer, streetable coilovers at a minimum. I have the 7k/5k Feal's and it feels like an OEM performance setup.

any pointers on doing this? How much would you expect a shop would charge to do the whole job? I have a new oem roof skin from nissan in the box.

Saved this Kouki during quarantine season.

Original manual silver moss, unrolled fenders, mostly stock.

I think it has lowering springs that came on it when I bought it. I replaced some worn parts with Nismo: tension rods, motor and trans mounts.

Very happy with how it turned out.

I'm not sure what he used, but when I did my Kouki tails I used VHT nightshades on the black portions, then went over everything with 2k clear.

I did mine with black vinyl spray paint and it came out really well. It lays down easily and finishes nice and glossy. Its been about a year now and still looks nice. It is garage kept though so I can?t say for sure if it does well in the sun after an extended period of time. There?s a member on here that did a good write up on restoring them.

Black wheels are tasteless 99.99999999 times out of 100. If those shitters don't shine, don't show up [unless they're Gram Lights or something alike that are some stupid highlighter color that actually works].
