Destroyed seat bolt threads!

Well, my fat ass hit a bump on the track and destroyed a wheel and somehow also knocked loose the bolt holding the seat in. The threads were in bad shape to begin with, but now they have literally disintegrated.

I am not sure if the holes next to the big one are from the factory or something the previous owners did, but at this point, I was thinking of drilling a hole on the other side so I can slide a washer and nut from the other side and hold the seat in that way. I am not sure if it'll weaken the whole support or not?

This is the bolt closest to the driver's side wheel. So front left if you are looking from the back seats.

Any bright ideas?
