Pump Design
The new 39/50 DCSS pump has been designed around the proven 39mm armature ("motor") that has been used for many years, Coupled with the proven armature are two sets of turbine blades set in paralled on a single impeller shaft. This design allow fuel to pass through two high pressure pumping channels delivering fuel in a manner to work with the high pressure demand of today's direct injection system.

Hot Fuel Handling
Hot fuel testing results show the proven design of the 39/50 DCSS, the pump performed exceptionally well in comparsion to other single stage turbine design pumps on the market today. When tested at a temperature of 153F other single stage pumps on the market showed losses of 12% to 32% in fuel pressure and flow in comparsion to the 39/50 DCSS which only showed a 5% reduction in fuel pressure and flow.

AEM’s legendary Wideband O2 Air/Fuel UEGO Gauge unites unsurpassed accuracy, speed and control with an easy to read, digital interface. This gauge-type controller features a digital LED display and sweeping LED “needle” that changes colors as AFR changes from rich to lean. The unit’s 52mm (2-1/16”) gauge housing fits in most gauge pods and can be remotely mounted virtually anywhere. All AEM digital gauges feature a 0-5v analog output for use with data loggers and virtually any engine management system, such as the AEM EMS or FIC.

The AEM Water/Methanol Injection System comes loaded with more STANDARD features and high quality components than any other comparably priced injection system on the market today. The AEM injection kit comes with a 1 gallon tank with built-in low level indicator. The "Boost Safe" injection readiness system is standard in all AEM Water/Methanol Injection Systems. An integrated check valve in the nozzle prevents unintended fluid flow. One injector and two interchangeable nozzles are included to cover a wide range of potential horsepower levels and 20 feet of injection tubing facilitates installation on almost any vehicle.
