SR20DET S13/S14: Super Lightwieght design with one of the lightest clutch discs ive ever felt. Super light clutch disc allows for faster shift. 1600kg PP can handle 340+ ft. lbs. Can easily be upgraded to Carbon clutch in the future.

ATS Metal clutch kit is not nearly as popular as the Carbon clutch kit. Due to this, Metal Clutch kits will be EMSed from Japan.

*Carbon clutch kits have amazing initial grab and will only grip harder as they are heated up, unlike traditional metal clutches that will fade after a series of heavy launching and kicking. Carbon clutch is the opposite.*

Structure - aluminum cover, metal pressure plate, carbon/carbon clutch plates, CCM (carbon coated metal) floating plate(s), carbon steel flywheel. [CCM is offered as an option for the pressure plate and flywheel]. CCM price is typically $60 per part(i.e.... $60 for PP and $60 for Flywheel.)

Super shift response: The weight of ATS carbon friction disk is only 400g. It is exceptionally light

Super heat-resistance: Designed to resist over 2,000 degrees Centigrade (3,650 degrees Fahrenheit)

Super deformation-resistance: The deformation is 1/10 of iron. You always get a smooth & crisp engagement

Super easy operation Operating: ATS clutch is very easy, even when driving up a slope and in a traffic congestion

Super power transfer: 10% to 30% higher transfer capacity than the metal clutch
For "Pro Spec" single with a specially carbon coated pressure plate, the torque transfer is 30% to 50% higher than the metal

Super durability: Due to the various favorable characteristics of carbon, the clutch has a very long life

As far as i know no one makes a multiplate clutch for the KA24DE. Neither ATS nor Exedy have one as they are both Japanese based companies that dont see any market for the KA engine. I have however forwarded some interest to ATS that a KA clutch is in demand.

I love the carbon clutch! Stock pedal feel, great grab with no fadding w/ 375rwhp, quick rev., and so easy to heal toe with. I <3 ATS!
