My KA won't stay on, please help!!

Hopefully i'm posting this in the right section but I need some serious help with my s13. Here's the story, a couple months ago I was driving my car and all of a sudden the car started to sputter. The first time it did i just pressed the gas and it was all ok. Then it did a second time while driving to school one morning and completely stalled on me and every time i turn on the car ill be able to drive for about 2min and it'll just stall again. I took it to a mechanic and he checked the fuel pressure and said that it would continuously decrease with that being said he changed the fuel pump. I then drove it home and everything was fine then the next day it did it again. I had it towed home and decided to work on it my self. (great idea right?) well i cleaned up all the emission, egr valve delete, vacuum lines. etc. After everything was cleaned up I put it all back together and now when i start the car it idles around 500rpm and sounds horrible (could just be my ugly ass exhaust that previous owner put in). I've checked timing maybe 20 times already. The engine shakes a bunch and when i try to press the gas it stalls right away. If i just let it idle it'll just shake horrendously and then eventually stall. If anyone can help me diagnosis this problem or fix it please let me know, I've been stuck without a car for 2 months and classes start back up in august!!

List of parts changed/upgraded:
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
Egr block off plate
Deleted all the emissions (yes alllllll of it)
Isis radiator with electric fans and shroud
Spark plugs/wires, distributor, etc.
Coolant temp sensor
New Harness and ECU

Check/swap your fuel injectors. Even with one missing the engine will run like absolute shit and shake tremenously. Unplug the fuel injector clips and watch for any changes in engine stability. I unplugged injector #3 on mine and it did nothing so I knew it was that injector that had gone bad.

That's what I did today, every time i unplugged the injector from the harness the car will almost stall. I tried this with every injector, i'm not sure if that's a valid test to rule out the injectors though. I also checked them with a multimeter and got 11 ohms across.

Does it smell like a shit load of fuel? My car s13 did this once, threw a whole bunch of parts at it (years ago) just to find out my coolant temp sensor was bad making the ecu think the car was cold and just dumping fuel into the engine til it flooded itself,

Disconnect the two pin connector and run the car, the single pin connector it just for the gauge

It does smell like fuel, but I bought a brand new coolant temp sensor from autozone maybe a week ago. Sorry I forgot to list it as one of the changed parts!

Will be pulling out the injectors tomorrow, along with checking the TPS, because since i deleted all my emissions, i had to adjust my throttle plate but never adjusted the TPS oops I'll keep everyone updated!

Check ecu codes, spray MAF with CRC MAF cleaner as well. A dirty MAF caused all sorts of idling problems for me and it was a really simple fix.

Update: I couldn't check the TPS because i didn't have alligator clips (theirs a video on youtube on how to check the TPS). But while the car was idling (horribly) I pulled off the connector for the TPS and it almost stalled on me, I dont really know if thats a valid test but yea... I pulled out my fuel rail and found some kind of cotton material on the 3rd injector, could've just been when i put the fuel rail back on a couple weeks ago and didn't notice it, I started the car and let it idle and tried to press the gas but nothing happens the car just idles really low like at 300rpm and then doesn't move no matter how much i press the pedal. I changed out the MAF but nothing happens, it didn't change anything.

Update: I disconnected my fuel rail and connected a clear bottle to the fuel filter side of the hose so i could see if my fuel was dirty and when i primed it no fuel came out? and when i cranked it no fuel came out? So does this mean i have a bad fuel pump? because I changed the fuel pump a month ago. Also I have a question about the emission delete that i did. In this picture i drew the hoses that are connected. #1 is a water hose going from the back of the block to the thermostat. #2 is the pcv valve going into the pcv system? #3 is just loop from the intake to the thermostat housing. Is there anything i need to fix with this setup or add? Did i do this right or is there a better way?

Update: I pulled off my fuel rail and i'm going to test the fpr and clean the injectors. I want to set my timing and i've done a bunch of research on how to do it but im a little confused on one part. Do i set the crank pulley to TDC or do I put on 20btdc?

Did you check the harness? I just had the same issue with mine and when I redid the harness it didn't cut off anymore.
