Hey guys.

Bare with me here, i have put my car back together and now my gearbox (which was completely 100% fine before removal) seems to be stuck in reverse when the shifter is in neutral.

I can go into gears 1 and 2 when the car is off, but it won't go into any other gears whatsoever.

I tried to put it in first gear and start the car, but the starter motor gets stuck. Almost feels like the gearbox is in 1st AND reverse if that is possible?

I have tried searching for an answer to this far and wide but i can't seem to find any issues, i absolutely despise taking the gearbox back out... What do you think it is?

remove the shifter, may not have made it into the hole in the internal shift assembly properly...
