Sr20det Bluebird in 240sx

So I got a 1990 240sx from a guys barn. It came with 2 Ka24e transmissions, a ka24e installed and a sr20det bluebird on the side with ecu, turbo, alternator and power steering pump. Now I know the bluebird sr20 is meant for an east to west setup for AWD/FWD and that it won?t fit because of the distributor hitting the firewall and such? but what if I can buy a RWD sr20det head with a CAS and everything? The blocks/manifolds/turbos are all the same within the sr20s right? So a head swap should work correct? Or should I just sell it?
