SSAuto manifold will fit it...and so will most other tubular SS manifolds.

GT2871R

T28 means that it is a stock housed T28 turbine and that it will bolt to the stock manifold, and the 71R part designates that it is a hybrid turbo with a 71mm compressor housing.

Stock water and oil lines fit to but apparently is hard to get them in place but they do work. My question is wheres the best place to buy one from. I have seen them for a $1000 from a a couple of places be nice to get in on a group buy..

Actually if you want to get technical it is not T28 that signifies that it would work but T2.

we were selling them for $975 shipped up until yesterday. Garrett upped their pricing by about 17% and we absorbed the price hike and i posted that we were doing that for a little while longer and we did sell about 8 in the last couple of days.

It is a great turbo and be careful of buying through group buys or ebay because i am yet to see a Garrett distributor, including us that warranties anything purchased through some of those methods or not from an Authorized Distributor.

I got mine for $1150 a couple of months back. If your gonna buy a turbo, why not spend the extra $160 for a Megan Racing Manifold? You can re-use the stock lines. My only gripe bout it is that you have to re-clock the whole turbo to stock and the damn wastegate will get on the way. You'll know wut im talking bout once you get it.

Remove 5 or so bolts on back of compressor housing, turn it til the outlet is facing in the right direction... reinstall bolts. Literally takes a minute.
