It wont rub your coilover. Will it rub other places? Yes, but thats what fender rolling/pulling and a big ass hammer will come into play if you're low.

+23 will rub, +15 shouldnt. if you have any sort of bigger breaks you may have issues there depending on wheel design. thats about it.

The size I was looking at was 17x8.25 +25 I would like the offset at about +10 for these wheels but I have yet to find them.

I am also running this setup at the moment if that makes a difference:
PBM coils
s14 FLCA
s13 modded knuckles
tein inner tie rods
SPL tie rod ends

So my question is how well will these fit and should I change my route for a better front wheel size for drifting?
Sorry for the noobness I am researching as I go along.

With any sort of angle modifications, especially modded knuckles, front wheel sizing is very important. You need maximum inboard clearance to keep from rubbing the tension rods at full lock. I run 17x9 +20 with modded knuckles and they rub badly, this causes the front wheels to slow down and the car to spin. There is one guy running 16x9 -32 that clears but good luck getting that under stock fenders. I would definitely recommend that 17x8.25 you are looking at, with a 25-35mm spacer. I, myself am looking to change to 17x8 in the front and will try and get the offset as low as possible.

Don't know if anybody will know here, but does anyone know if VS-XX lips will bolt up on a VS-KF? I'm trying to build a pair of KF's, but can't find lips anywhere

Hello!!

I got a question about Wheel fitment on Silvia s14 kouki. Stock fenders but going for a roll and pull. Running BC racing BR coils...

Looking for new wheels...
Found a set I really want but they come in 9,5x19 +22 front and 11x19 +25 rear.
Is it possible to fit this with just a roll and pull and without crazy amount of camber????
Got any pics on 11 inch rear on stock Silvias??

What tire specs do you guys recommend?? Want some stretch since I like that look.

Thanks!

215/35/19 on the 9.5.
235/35/19 on the 11.

You should fit those wheels fine with just a roll.
About -1.5 deg camber in the front and -2 deg camber in rear.

Might need a 7mm spacer for the front if you're running coilovers.

Are 7mm slip on spacers safe without extended studs? I've heard they are, but I'm not sure.

Personally, I wouldnt run anything more than 5mm on stock studs. Anything more than that, I'd be too sketched out. But I have done 7mm before. Some people say that as long as you get 3 full turns on the lugs, that its okay.

92 s13 hatch

I am running +30mm fenders in front and +30mm rear overfenders
I am looking to buy 17 inch wheels
I am looking to run a 9inch wide in front and 10 inch wide in back
I want to run wide tires, something like 245s or 255s

Are my wheel widths suitable?
And if so,
What offset and tire size should I get to sit flush?

I would try F:17x9-10 R:17x10+0 with 255/40 all around, but that's just an estimate and it also depends on how much camber you have.

Alright guys, I've been using the search feature and haven't been able to find anything..

XXR 526 comes in 17x10 +20
My question is how would I get them to fit on my S14..I'm going 30mm wide fenders and going to use 25mm spacers up front. All tires are going to be 235/40.
Am I going to have to use spacers in the rear? How much pull? Should I just go overs in the rear?

225 or 235 fronts on a 9" wheel. 255 rears on a 10" wheel. Those will both fit just right. 228.6mm = 9in. 254mm =10in.

Offset really depends where your definition of "flush" is , your ride height and how much camber your running with your setup. You could be "flush" with about 20-25mm of window in offset depending on the above stated settings.

Dont do this. 255s look like silly on a 9"wheel. All huge, squeezed, and round. Let alone trying to turn the car after that. Rubbbbb City!

Hi guys.

I'm saving up for MB Battles.

I've searched but I couldn't find a specific answer.

I've got stock setup except for BC BR Coilovers, will be aiming for -2 camber.

I have a choice of 17x9 or 17x9.5 for the battles.

Will they fit without pulling/rolling with no scrub?
Which width, offset and tire should I get?

What is scrub? Do you, by chance, mean rub? What do you want out of the car? Fitment or function?

I typed out all the info that would answer your question but decided to delete it because this question can be answered with a few minutes of research via google or this forum's search function or if you're that stumped a look through this thread, could've answered your question. ESPECIALLY the topic of MB Battles. They're a basic and essential piece to complete the Zilvia S-Chassis starter pack.

Yeah I meant rub. And I'm looking for function.

But ok, I'll try search again.

Because it is the holiday season and because you didn't respond like the typical Zilvia butthurt folk, I'm feeling giving so here's two things that'll point you in the right direction:

rimtuck.com

I'm assuming that you have a stock body and by function, you don't want stretched tires so on a S13, the only way you can really fit 9.5 +15 and be low is to run camber AND smaller tires which does not equate to function. So if you're looking for a square/wide tire set up and/or an alignment that isn't funky, 9.5 +15 will not work. If you have over fenders then you'll be alright.

I don't have to run it low. Could I run the 9.5 with just rolling or pulling? Or will it have to be overfenders?

I'm currently running 18x10 +11 in the rear with my fenders only rolled. I've ran 235/40s with the camber almost maxed out.
225/40s I have -4* camber. I could run less camber without the tire rubbing, but since I have 8k/6k rates with the coilovers maxed out, the lip of the wheel will hit the fender on bumps.
If you dont want that much camber, you will need a small pull, or you can go with overs.
my friend is running 18x10 +22 with a slight pull and like -2* of camber on 225/40s

You'll be fine with just rolling on 9.5 +15. Not sure how low you want to go, but you'll have about -2, -3* of camber from lowering and it'll fit fine with 225/40s.

Ok, thanks!

But, hypothetically, what's the biggest tire I could pull the fenders to fit that setup safely?

The setup I'm referring to is 17x9.5+15 with -2* camber, and it doesn't have to be low.

Will it fit a 235/40? Or a 245/40?

I had 17x10 +15 on the rear of my last S14. It stuck out about 20-25mm. So it will probably stick out about 15-20mm in the rear, and fronts will stick out super far with 25mm spacers.

The rear would look ok, a little camber and stretch and it would sit flush-ish. The front is way too wide. Were talkin 50mm sticking out, even with 30mm overs up front, it will be 20mm outside those.

If youre trying to get that Stretched Tire Huge LIP Look, then youre on the right track.

I ran some XXR 527's in 18x9.5 +20 with 245/40's. It was slammed and tucked with -2* camber. Slight roll on the quarters

Shit dont make sense, why would you buy a square wheel setup, then run 25mm spacers up front?!?! You want the front to look wide as fuck but have skinny rears? If thats your goal, I guess you're going for the fwd drag look thats popular in Honda Tech.

Would the driving expirence change if I go from 195/60r15 to 195/50r15? Just wondering what the difference would be.

This is actually very common in drifting because a wide front track is needed for more steering angle.

specs here are 17x9-35 (-10 w/ 25mm extended FLCAs) front and 17x9+15 rear I believe. lol

Umm...how would pushing the wheels further out big you more steering angle? If it anything, shit will be worst since you'll rub in anything and everything.

Lol. Why do you think extending your LCA gives your wheel a different offset measurement. It Doesnt. Your still 17x9 -10 with a 25mm extended LCA. **NOT 17x9 -35 because of the LCA.** The offset is purely measured by the relation of where it mounts, it has nothing to do with suspension parts. FYI.

Dont need more noobs reading this believing your wrong info and then posting more ignorance thinking theyve learned something.
