If I'm reading that right, just measure the size of the brakes vs the inner diameter of a 15in wheel. If you talking about the spokes clearing the caliper then it all depends on the face design.

I'm ordering rims from Work, I wanted to know if they'd clear my brakes. In a lot of instances, people I know who have bought 15s have had to shave their brakes down.
