i got a caterham 7, but i can't drive the friggen thing anywhere!!! argh, i wish i'd known that before i bought it.

now my PS2 is dying, grrr

i've been playing around with the cool z's i've gotten mostly, the LM prototype, the pitwork and the option. But my new favorite toy is my cobra, sooo sick, i love its acceleration on stock suspension, feels like you're really in a muscle car.

I think it's a graphics issue. By making the color fixed, they can make the reflections and details much more realistic. Repainting would mean that they'd either have to render every single possible combination, or that the detail would decrease. However, there is no reason to not be able to chance between stock colors, which I think should have been allowed.

As for the Caterham, it's again a graphical issue. The open cockpit, exposed cage, and open suspension make it so complex to render that the PS2 isn't capable of rendering it, the track, and five other cars.

When you equip wheels on racing tires, they are larger diameter. Like with the Blue S15, I had put the same wheel on the street tire, and on the race tire, and the rim was larger on the race tire, it was obvious with the NT03+M wheel. Like the street tire is stock rim sized, and for a race tire it is plus sized. Try it out, you will see.
