That is a jdm cluster.

Euro s13 cluster goes up to 240km/h.

Nope, to double clarify this is actually a Euro cluster. Euro cluster dont show fuel and temp leters and can come in kmh or mph depending on country in Europe. I have researched and bought one from Germany.
