INTRODUCING THE NEW TOMEI ARMS M8270 AND M7960 TURBINE KITS FOR SR20DET!!!!

The moment SR20 owners have been waiting for. Soon to be released, the 2 new types of Tomei ARMS turbos for the SR20DET engine. Below you can see Tomei engineers spending their time on the developments on the new turbos for the SR20. They have developed these turbos specifically for the Nissan SR20 engines. The TOMEI product range just keeps evolving to meet the demands of the users. The main targets that were focused on for these 2 new designs are reliability, performance, quality, durability and as everyone has been requesting, price!

The M7960 is designed to focused on fast spooling, torque and response. The M8270 was designed for those who wanted more power. Both are designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade. However the M8270 is best suited for high boost engines and ultimately those engines with a stroker kit, this has the potential to deliver around 500PS.

Just had someone ask as these are currently on a PREORDER basis. These are due to be stateside in roughly 3 weeks. As such you can place a 50% non refundable deposit and then pay the remaining balance when the kit arrives!!!

Wow! Why are these sooo much cheaper in the states? They are manufactured in Japan, about an hour or so down the road from me and they are over $1,000 more here! WTF?!

tomei can keep the cost down by using journal bearing.

but look at the chart... the graph is based on a 2.2L motor. tricky tricky...

Still impressive for the cost. wonder how the graph will shift on a 2.0L motor.

would like to see a back to back comparison with a 2871R .64 on a 2.0L motor.

I will be getting the 8270 for my S14 so we will see how it goes. My new motor has HKS 264 step 2's and 20 over CP Pistons, 9:1 Compression ratio, stock stroke.
