It is my understanding that 89 240s didn't come with consult port. I've been researching BLAZT and other datascan programs. The all describe the cable being on the driver side near the fuse box under the steering area. I found this. What is this?

That's what I was thinking. I mean it certainly looks like it and I've google image searched and when I put in "nissan 240sx obd1 connector" a similar pic comes up. Hmmmmm... maybe my car is a 90 and not an 89 as I thought.

Single cams came with consult ports. You are misinformed.

Pretty sure that's just California cars that had consult.

49 state cars did not, but stanza (u13) did.

s13 driver side motor mount. The motor can't go up much more without crushing the seam on the fire wall (don't want that) and without my car getting off the jacks more. I can't get the motor mount off cause its such an awkward angle that i cant spin it or slide it since it hits the steering or the power steering pump.

How do most people get that shit off? The bolt is off the engine side, but i cant get it to come off the chassis side. Passenger side was a breeze

Your fucked, LOL
I usually take the bolts off the bottom first and pull the motor mounts with the engine.

More/cleaner exhaust flow is always good on a turbo. Assuming your talking about an aftermarket replacement elbow.

depends a lot on your tire size.
Check RimTuck.com for references

offset looks good to me, but you're gonna need to stretch the tires some.
225/245 maybe?

pull on it harder. Sometimes they can be a b*tch to remove

Also, try twisting it.

i couldn't pull the engine, otherwise i woulda done that. In my frustration i over looked the bolts on the engine mount that connect the engine to the mount bracket.. i got that shit off in 10 minutes lol. I spend like 1 hour and bent the shit out of some screw drivers trying to pry it off

the 12 point is just a cover. Like everyone said, 36mm 6 point and a breaker bar.

When i did mine, i jacked it up, removed the wheel and all that, then put wheel back on and set it on the ground without center caps on. Slip the socket on like that then do it cause the ebrake might not grip enough without being on the floor.

under the stock oil sensor there was a little allen-screw plug like the ones on sandwich plates/relocators.

Can i use this as a sensor tap or is it for something else?

Right, instead of having a castillated nut or having a notch to use a punch on

Does anyone know if S13 strut top has the same dimension as S14? I have some pillow top mounts from S13 and thinking of using it on the s14.
