Mike. McLaren F1 can't drift so it's a waste of a car.

That wall I happened to run into is pretty much the last turn on the course. By the time I got there the dif was locking and unlocking so i clutch kicked and it gripped and understeerd right into the wall.

Maybe they work good for some people but I cannot drive on them and they suck in the snow and getting in driveways which is where you would need a diff to lock up therefore rendering it as useless as congress trying to pay bills.

torsen does not lock, its torque sensing... load changes depending on amount of slip. it never fully locks

you must have had some POS OBX ebay special. guys with SCs know they have a torsen because either:
a) they killed someone with a mkiv supra. then raped and pillaged parts from their car.
or
b) they managed to locate one from a soarer

i opted for choice B, and am very excited to own a T-2R

really, REALLY excited. cant wait to get that bitch installed.

I had an Aristo torsen diff that I paid an arm and a leg for. I hated everything about it.
Also my car is faster than an F1, although not at the moment.

Spoke with Mike on Friday and the car will barely idle now. He feels its the engine harness even though it was taken out and ohm tested.

At this point I am tired of buying parts just to find out the car is working worse. I sent him instructions on pulling codes from the ECU and he says he got a solid light. No flashes...

I don't even know what that means.
