Auto>Manual Conversion and Motor Swap?

After approximately an hour of searching and reading posts, I have been unable to locate a post direct enough to answer my question.
As the title suggests, I am in possession of an Automatic 91 Coupe that will soon undergo a Manual conversion as well as an RB25 swap. My question being, what is this best way to go about the two? Manual first? Simultaneously? My original (and current plan) would be to go about the manual conversion as stated in the many threads found on here, however sub out the trans for the RB and the drivetrain I would run accordingly. However, seeing as I plan to run Wiring Specialties engine harness, would I need to do any electrical work whatsoever?
I'm sure it's quite apparent how confused I am, any light that could be shed on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

Personally, I wouldn't bother swapping in the manual transmission on a KA before doing an entire engine/trans swap. Wiring Specialties sells a harness designed to adapt to an automatic chassis harness.

This is going to sound harsh but:

1: Don't bump a tech thread asking for regional info, that is what the regional section is there for, there is even a thread about this.

2: Look up the tools and the procedure and do it yourself and save a lot of money.
